We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who is able to work in a fast-paced, global environment. As the first Executive Assistant in the Company, you will have the ability to set the tone and processes for this important role which unifies various functions. The person selected for this role will serve as the strategic right-hand; anticipating needs, taking initiative, and creating leverage so the executives can focus on critical priorities. This is more than a support role — it’s a strategic partnership with the executive team at the heart of a company that’s changing the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman & CEO, President, and CFO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

· Manage complex and frequently changing schedules, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.

· Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board meetings, investor meetings, and executive leadership sessions.

· Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other confidential documents.

· Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.

· Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

· Assist with special projects, event planning, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

· Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the biotech, life sciences, or healthcare industry.

· Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.

· Familiarity with board governance and investor relations support.

· Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Teams).

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

 

The base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
