Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and Buying Assistants.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing for meetings and creating presentation materials, such as decks and reports.
  • Manage order processing by accurately preparing and entering sales orders.
  • Conduct market research and assist with competitor analysis as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate market planning and logistics, including appointment scheduling and showroom setup.
  • Track and manage samples, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes.
  • Maintain the showroom for seasonal markets, ensuring samples are organized and displayed effectively.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with sales software is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of retail math and sales reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good listening skills and a willingness to learn from experiences.
