Role Snapshot
Full-time Clinical Educator role with a stable Monday–Friday setup. Onsite, with light commuting between facilities. $70K–$80K annual pay. Lead training, orientation, and professional development that directly impacts patient care.
What you’ll do
Design and lead staff orientation programs
Run in-services and ongoing training (regulatory aligned)
Oversee online and classroom education tools
Coach preceptors and mentor new staff
Track and document training/competency records
Support certifications and continuing education goals
Partner with leadership to improve care via education
Must-haves
Active RN license (state or compact)
Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
5+ years nursing experience, hospice strongly preferred
Knowledge of Joint Commission, state, and federal regs
Proven leadership and training skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice to have
CHPN certification
Clinical education experience
