Role Snapshot

Full-time Clinical Educator role with a stable Monday–Friday setup. Onsite, with light commuting between facilities. $70K–$80K annual pay. Lead training, orientation, and professional development that directly impacts patient care.

What you’ll do

  • Design and lead staff orientation programs

  • Run in-services and ongoing training (regulatory aligned)

  • Oversee online and classroom education tools

  • Coach preceptors and mentor new staff

  • Track and document training/competency records

  • Support certifications and continuing education goals

  • Partner with leadership to improve care via education

Must-haves

  • Active RN license (state or compact)

  • Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred)

  • 5+ years nursing experience, hospice strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of Joint Commission, state, and federal regs

  • Proven leadership and training skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice to have

  • CHPN certification

  • Clinical education experience
