We are currently seeking a Project Survey Planner to join our team. In this role you will support the efficient delivery of stock condition surveys across the Together Housing Group. Working under the direction of the Senior Project Coordinator (Condition Surveys & Quality Control), the role is responsible for developing and managing survey programmes to maximise appointments, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The post holder will assist in the coordination and administration of external surveying requests, including specialist works and associated payments, as well as manage data and reporting requirements to support forward planning and quality control activities. This includes collating stock condition data, supporting the delivery of accurate asset information, and administering requests related to wayleaves or easements.

Requirements
Outline of key responsibilities for the Project Survey Planner...
- To be responsible for the effective day to day operational management of scheduling system for surveys, ensuring that appointments are made and kept, views are monitored and kept up to date on a daily basis, productivity is maximised and customer care is paramount.
- To ensure that communication is optimised with operatives, staff, managers and customers at all times.
- To be responsible for monitoring and managing work carried out within agreed timescales in accordance with the requirements/guidelines of Together Housing Group’s Policies and Procedures, Homes and Communities Agency, Best Practice and Customers aspirations
- To ensure that work output monitoring is carried out on a predetermined basis and regular monitoring reports are provided on each team/area/technician/trade/priority/timescales etc
- To ensure that the Asset Surveyors communicate in a timely and accurate manner about the progress of work in order to schedule their work in view of customer’s requirements.
- To re-schedule jobs in the event of an unplanned absence of Asset Surveyor, surveys over running and to contact the customer directly to agree any changes.
- To communicate with the Senior Project Coordinator (Condition Surveys & Quality Control). and Delivery Manager (Forward Planning) about matters of quality, timeliness and potential disciplinary related issues.
- To communicate and co-ordinate the scheduling of surveys in conjunction with the Senior Project Coordinator (Condition Surveys & Quality Control). about changes/issues.
- To assist preparation of statistical information gathered from daily activities with regards to the survey programme and activity
- To assist the Senior Project Coordinator (Condition Surveys & Quality Control). to effectively manage the allocation of survey work to the Asset Surveyors through the use of the electronic scheduling system and to highlight areas of concern/improvement as they arise.
- To provide a high level of customer service, dealing with customers in a polite, helpful, efficient and informative manner and considering all equality and diversity issues as appropriate and in accordance with Together Housing policies, procedures, action plans and the Housing Corporation’s requirements.
We are looking for someone who has...
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, as well as the skill to independently manage your own workload efficiently.
- Ability to use IT applications (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and to interrogate data bases.
- The ability to work to set target time scales and deadlines.

- Starting salary of £26,467
