Youâll lead deals end-to-end, from discovery through to close, selling into real estate law firms and property professionals. This is a greenfield market where nothing is set in stone, and youâll play a key role in defining how we grow and win.

- Work side by side with our Sales Director and a tight-knit team of AEs, BDRs, and CSMs to win new business and grow our revenue.
- Lead complex sales cycles with real estate law firms and businesses. From the first conversation to signed contract, by understanding both partner-level priorities and day-to-day challenges.
- Run smart, thoughtful discovery calls that get under the skin of how firms actually work, then show how Orbital can make a real difference.
- Bring back insights from the market and help shape how we sell, who we target, and where we go next.
- Build relationships with leading firms and play a part in defining Orbitalâs growth story, including our expansion into new markets đ.

Requirements
You should apply if: âïž
- You have 3+ years of experience as an AE in B2B SaaS (legal tech, AI, or professional services experience is a big plus).
- You know how to sell consultatively. Listening first, asking the right questions, and connecting the dots between a firmâs goals and the impact Orbital can deliver.
- Youâre comfortable with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and know how to keep momentum going.
- Youâre proactive, hands-on, and take ownership of deals rather than waiting for things to land in your lap.
- Youâre ambitious and motivated by growth! At Orbital, progression comes from results, not tenure.
- You can adapt your style. Whether youâre speaking to a managing partner about strategy or a fee earner about workflows, you get your message across clearly and credibly.
