Requirements
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and data entry
Assist with recruiting tasks: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Maintain candidate records and update tracking systems
Communicate with applicants, clients, and internal staff professionally
Help onboard new hires and support HR documentation
Must pass background check
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or recruiting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR software
