Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Assist with recruiting tasks: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
  • Maintain candidate records and update tracking systems
  • Communicate with applicants, clients, and internal staff professionally
  • Help onboard new hires and support HR documentation
  • Must pass background check

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or recruiting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
