Lead Generation Manager
Location: Lincoln West Mall
Position Type: Full-Time Exempt
Work Model: Hybrid (for Colorado residents)
Compensation: $65,520-$78,520 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to generate qualified leads and tours.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics like cost per lead (CPR), engagement, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creative ad, copy, and audience targeting to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Write compelling ad copy, taglines, and creative messaging.
- Manage the budget for digital initiatives, ensuring lead generation goals are met within cost targets.
- Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Write, schedule, and publish monthly blog content.
- Assist with video production, from large-scale projects with vendors to creating short-form videos for social media.
- Source photographs and other visual assets for marketing campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Lead Generation Assistant, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Delegate daily tasks and projects, ensuring quality control and team productivity.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to team members.
- Handle employee relations, including performance management and policy enforcement.
- Manage relationships and projects with third-party marketing vendors and advertising partners.
- Oversee the fulfillment of prizes for contest winners and coordinate digital initiatives with partners.
- Assist with web development, user experience (UX) testing, and maintenance of company websites using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Update and maintain online tour products, including descriptions, inventory, and pricing.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) and platforms (Inntopia, Google Tag Manager) for tracking and reporting.
- Uphold company core standards and provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Ensure timely responses to all correspondence and resolve issues effectively.
- Participate in training sessions, staff meetings, and contribute to the company’s sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation and paid social campaign management (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel for formulas and data analysis).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress for website updates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, compelling ad and blog copy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or timeshare industry.
- Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role, with responsibility for training or guiding others.
- Hands-on experience with any of the following tools/platforms:
Google Tag Manager
Inntopia or similar reservation management systems
Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop) for basic image editing
Tableau for data visualization
- Basic knowledge of HTML or PHP
- Experience with video production and editing for social media.
- Experience managing relationships with external marketing vendors or agencies.
