The Account Specialist plays a key role within Mobile Solutions, partnering closely with OEM customers and internal stakeholders. This position offers excellent opportunities for learning, growth, and career development within the organisation. As part of the Mobile Solutions Sales Team, the Account Specialist collaborates across departments and with external customers, ensuring a high level of service and supporting profitable business growth.

We are looking for a well-organised, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who enjoys building customer relationships and supporting cross-functional projects. The role will actively support the teams located in Leuven (Belgium) or Dülmen (Germany).

Your Responsabilities

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Prepare customer quotations and ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Conduct basic revenue performance analysis (price, margin, cost) and propose pricing recommendations.
  • Independently manage internal sales tasks with limited direction from the Account Manager/Supervisor.
  • Handle customer inquiries (pricing, lead time, product offering, complaints) through efficient, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Support APD (Advanced Product Development) project tasks – streamline, derivative, paint & pack, and import – including preparation and participation in internal and external meetings, follow-up actions, and ensuring customer deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the Sales Team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French or German; any additional language is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with CRM systems and Oracle.
