We’re seeking a Service Coordinator II to join our Service Department. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing service calls, job tracking, invoicing, and contract setup. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth workflows, timely communication, and high-quality service delivery while supporting both customers and internal teams.
Your Impact
As a Service Coordinator II, you’ll ensure that service operations run efficiently from start to finish. By coordinating technicians, managing customer needs, and maintaining accurate records, you’ll directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team success. You’ll also mentor and support other service roles, helping to strengthen the overall performance of the department.
What You’ll Do
Create jobs, answer incoming service calls, and assist with technician scheduling
Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with customers
Manage open work orders, including updating customer portals as needed
Track jobs through completion and ensure proper invoicing of completed work
Process new contracts and renewals in the company’s electronic management system
Meet regularly with the service operations team to review priorities
Provide support to other Service departmental roles as needed
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (every 4–5 weeks) to handle emergency calls
Provide guidance and mentorship to Service Coordinator I team members
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of administrative experience in a service-related business
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Degree in Diesel Technology or related discipline
4+ years of administrative experience in a service-related business
4+ years of scheduling field technicians and/or customer service
Technical Expertise
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Working knowledge of business enterprise systems (e.g., FieldServio, SAP)
Ability to interpret schematic and service documentation
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks
Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers
Basic math skills for percentages, multipliers, sales tax, and totals on orders
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Compensation: Energy Systems is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly rate for this role based in Fife, WA is $25.05 - $35.07 USD. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
