Requirements
We are searching for a candidate with:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred).
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with recruiting and onboarding hourly employees preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• This position requires the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship or immigration restrictions.
• Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by the leadership team.
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
• Providing administrative support to floor supervisors, managers, HR, and the Plant Manager.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports for leadership, including data for morning production meetings.
• Coordinating with the temporary staffing agency to manage hourly workforce needs.
• Supporting hourly recruiting efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Assisting with new hire orientation for hourly employees.
• Performing light purchasing tasks, such as ordering supplies and tracking deliveries.
• Handling HR administrative tasks including filing, recordkeeping, and document preparation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee and operational records.
• Assisting with special projects and audits as needed.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

• Typical Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
