Schedule: Sunday – Friday (Saturday and one weekday off)
Salary: $75,000 – $81,000 annually

About the Role:
We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Operations Manager to lead overnight operations in a fast-paced, cold warehouse environment. This role oversees a team of approximately 45 employees, ensuring orders are selected, loaded, and shipped with accuracy and efficiency. The right candidate will take a hands-on leadership approach—actively engaging with the team on the warehouse floor while also managing required administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise order selectors, loaders, and warehouse staff during overnight operations.
  • Organize and assign workflow, ensuring productivity targets and shipping deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols, food safety guidelines (HACCP, GMPs), and company policies.
  • Address staffing issues, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Handle incident reporting, product discrepancies, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with contractors for equipment and facility repairs.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support cross-departmental communication with Shipping, Receiving, Transportation, and other teams.


  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hectic, fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Hands-on leadership style—comfortable working on the floor and guiding the team, while also handling necessary administrative duties.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a growing company.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, or Agriculture preferred.
  • 2+ years in warehouse/shipping operations and 2+ years in management (produce/food distribution preferred).
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, USDA/FDA guidelines, and DOT regulations.
  • Forklift operation experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.


  • Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly lift 50–60 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
  • Work in a refrigerated environment (around 45°F) for 8–10 hours per shift.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
