Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and deliver training programs to new and existing prospective chart reviewers.
- Conduct onboarding, training sessions and workshops for new and existing Prospective Chart Reviewers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor the progress of trainees and provide feedback to ensure that they meet quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in medical coding, billing, and clinical documentation requirements and ensure that training materials are updated accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Risk Adjustment, Prospective Programs to identify areas where additional training and support may be needed.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulatory requirements and best practices related to chart review and incorporate these into training content as needed.
- Create training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and visual aids, which are clear and concise.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum Experience:
- 2+ years of clinical experience required.
- Advanced level of clinical knowledge associated with chronic disease states required.
- 5 years of Relevant chart review experience required.
- 1+ years of experience as a trainer or instructor preferred.
Education/Licensure:
- Medical Doctor or Nurse required.
- Coding Certification through AHIMA and AAPC preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
