Job Summary
Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Program Manager – Content to lead and support initiatives related to the development and production of high-quality Bible study materials. This role is essential to improving workflows, managing schedules, and driving cross-functional collaboration across BSF’s content programs. The Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between the Content Team and other departments, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed content plans and schedules using Smartsheet.
- Design and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity across teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of content-related initiatives.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and collaboratively.
- Facilitate communication between the Content Team and other departments.
- Support change management and process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with other Program Managers to align on PMO standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Certifications in project management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or process management preferred.
- BSF experience required; BSF leadership experience a plus.
Experience
- 5–8 years of project/program management experience.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams of no less than three employees.
- 3+ years in change management or transformation leadership.
- Proven experience in driving organizational change and process improvement.
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
- Experience facilitating virtual meetings and coaching teams.
