Job Title: Program Manager – Content
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST
Department: Program Management Office (PMO)
Reports To: Director of Program Management
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Program Manager – Content to lead and support initiatives related to the development and production of high-quality Bible study materials. This role is essential to improving workflows, managing schedules, and driving cross-functional collaboration across BSF’s content programs. The Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between the Content Team and other departments, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed content plans and schedules using Smartsheet.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows to improve productivity across teams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of content-related initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly and collaboratively.
  • Facilitate communication between the Content Team and other departments.
  • Support change management and process improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with other Program Managers to align on PMO standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Certifications in project management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or process management preferred.
  • BSF experience required; BSF leadership experience a plus.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of project/program management experience.
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams of no less than three employees.
  • 3+ years in change management or transformation leadership.
  • Proven experience in driving organizational change and process improvement.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
  • Experience facilitating virtual meetings and coaching teams.

  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
