Summary (Major Purpose of the Role):
Inventory accuracy helps with company tasks such as filling customer orders, planning and staying within budget. The Replenisher ensures that the right product gets to the right customer on time by maintaining all products and bins, as determined by inventory analysis to support all order pulling.
The primary product lines you’ll oversee are durable medical goods ranging from canes to wheelchairs, in-home hospital beds and respiratory products. These products are critical to the lives of our customers and you’ll be a part of leading this team in driving best-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, Service, and of course, our People.
* Experience preferred operating Torret Truck/ Swing Reach machine
Main Activities/Responsibilities:
- Run daily reports to determine replenishment needs
- Create transfer orders to support the determined needs
- Complete physical moves of open transfer orders
- Confirm completed transfer orders
- Maintain inventory cleanliness and orderliness of storage locations
- Maintain Inventory master list
- Assist with analysis and reset of products and bins quarterly based on provided sales data
- Maintain inventory accuracy based on SAP system counts
- Develop an attitude and an environment of continuous improvement
- Assist inventory related Special projects
- Ensure the compliance of safety norms to include maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned

Reporting Relationships and Supervision:
- This position reports to the Distribution Center Supervisor.
Education and Experience:
- H. S. Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, e.g. PC, MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), RF scanners
- Able to use material movement equipment (e.g. cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.)
- SAP or Warehouse Management System experience
- Analytic and proficient with numbers, strong math skills
Your Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Performs activities in a warehouse environment. May be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust.
