You’ll own recruitment, performance management, employee experience, compensation & benefits, and compliance — all with a startup-first mindset. You’ll partner closely with leadership across functions and must thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & manage compensation, benefits, and equity programs (U.S. centric)
Create performance review cycles, feedback systems, and growth frameworks
Own policies, employee handbook, and legal compliance (remote / US)
Act as a culture custodian: drive employee engagement, inclusion, and retention
Lead or coordinate HR systems (HRIS, ATS, tools)
Support managers with coaching, conflict resolution, and people planning
Track and report HR metrics (turnover, hiring velocity, diversity)
Qualifications
5+ years HR experience (ideally in startups / scaling orgs)
Proven experience managing recruiting, benefits, performance systems
Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law / compliance (remote-based workforce)
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset; comfortable with metrics and systems
Ability to work in ambiguity and scale processes rapidly• Preferred: experience in tech / data / analytics or remote-first companies
