By integrating advanced satellite imagery and AI, SynMax delivers unparalleled insights into maritime operations, oil and gas development, coal inventory, and LNG flows, enabling businesses and organizations to make data-driven decisions with precision and confidence.Job Description:As Chief of Staff, you’ll be a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team — owning cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment, streamlining processes, and ensuring execution in a fast-moving startup context. You will operate at both strategic and tactical levels and be the glue that helps SynMax scale smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO on strategic roadmap, planning, and priorities

Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (e.g. OKRs, operating cadence, strategic projects)

Lead internal communication, meeting structure, and decision frameworks

Track performance metrics, help interpret data, and drive informed decisions

Coordinate executive team, prepare board materials, manage follow-ups

Identify organizational bottlenecks and lead process improvements

Act as a proxy for leadership when needed, representing leadership in cross-team contexts

Liaise with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and domain teams

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

 5+ years in operations, strategy, program management, consulting, or related roles

Experience working closely with senior leadership (C‑suite)

Superb project management, prioritization, and execution skills

Highly organized, attentive to detail, strong communicator

Comfortable with ambiguity, hands-on, and scaling systems/processes

Analytical mindset — ability to interpret data and influence decisions

Preferred: experience in tech / analytics / high-growth environments
