What will you be doing?

As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, which supports over 2,600 users globally. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to validate new features, identify defects, and uphold quality standards across our enterprise systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases based on user stories and technical specifications.
• Perform regression testing and validate deployments across environments.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
• Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks and QA processes.
• Document QA findings and communicate risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in Dynamics 365 development.

Requirements

Experience of around 7+ years with Objective-C and Swift in IOS development, and ability to pick up new languages and tools quickly.

• Experience in developing Customer facing app (B2C) is a must.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principals and application interface guidelines.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to work well with others, learn on the job, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• A focus on user-oriented development, supporting services, and end-user satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Continuous Deployment testing, tooling, and processes.
• Experience with push notifications, APIs and cloud messaging
• Experience with performance and memory tuning using different tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
