  • Accurately maintain documentation, records, and data entry across relevant systems.

  • Support daily administration and reporting requirements for warehouse and distribution activities.

  • Respond to enquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely, professional manner.

  • Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, meeting packs, and KPI tracking inputs.

  • Support onboarding and compliance documentation for new personnel.

  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture and ensure service standards are consistently met.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for motivated individuals who bring:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in administration, customer service, or logistics support.

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or Defence-related environments (preferred).

  • Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields will be highly regarded.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/WMS platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organisational and time management ability.

  • High attention to detail and a customer service mindset.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
