We’re seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Head Group Communications. If you bring energy, precision and a can-do attitude, this role is your opportunity to make a real impact. About the role
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. With excellent time management and problem-solving skills, you adapt quickly to shifting demands while keeping results in focus. You communicate with clarity, build strong relationships across all levels, and show initiative to drive efficiency and take on new tasks as needed.
What you will do:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Group Communications, managing calendars, correspondence, and travel arrangements

Act as a key liaison between the Head of Group Communications and direct reports, GEC members, Managing Directors, and other stakeholders

Prepare and coordinate documentation for meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Handle administrative processes such as expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders

Manage incoming communications, prioritise action items, and initiate follow-up actions

Draft professional correspondence in both English and German

Arrange business travel, including meetings, local logistics, transportation, accommodations, and visa requirements

Support the Communications Leadership Team (CLT) process by organising agendas, coordinating pre-reading materials, tracking actions, and arranging offsites

Help organise division events such as townhalls and team gatherings

Contribute to division-wide projects and initiatives as required
What you'll bring:

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the wider team

Previous experience in a comparable executive support role; experience in communications or corporate environments is an advantage

For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between 94,000 CHF and 142,000 CHF for a full-time role.
The specific salary offered considers:
• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience. In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
