Overview:

The Business Liaison:

Responsible for fostering positive and productive relationships between various internal departments at FFC to manage projects across the company. This role serves as a primary point of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve mutual goals and expand business opportunities. 

Pay Range:USD $68,500.00 - USD $71,500.00 /Yr.Responsibilities:

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison and point of contact for key internal departments and stakeholders, including the Executive Team, department managers and various project teams.
  • Research and identify new opportunities for collaboration to facilitate success across projects and initiatives.
  • Act as a mediator to identify and resolve conflicts of issues that may arise and to identify solutions to problems related to assigned initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and performance of business strategies and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate necessary meetings to facilitate discussions and strengthen relationships.
  • Understand company goals, processes, and objectives to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment of projects and initiatives.
  • Provide project updates to Executive Management, ensuring feedback is communicated to project stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly. Must be able to take direction and work well with others. Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines. Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately. Must be able to react to change productively.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related field; 5 years of experience managing project type work OR combination of education and experience.

  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).

  • Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
