 H2O is currently seeking a Billing Clerk to join our team in Long Beach, Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send invoices to customers. 
  • Double check billing information for accuracy and fix any discrepancies. 
  • Record payments and update customer accounts. 
  • Keep billing files organized and up to date. 
  • Answer billing related questions from customers and provide great service. 
  • Help with month-end reports and other accounting tasks as needed.


The Skills We Are Looking For 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college or accounting courses are a plus).
  • Experience in billing, accounting, or clerical work is helpful but not required. 
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 
  • Quick to learn billing or accounting software. 
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. 
  • Friendly and professional communication skills. 
  • Someone who values teamwork and can keep information confidential.
