Your Role
The Transformation team is responsible to manage large programs for the Transformation and Operations portfolio. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning and Performance. In this role you will be responsible for achieving the program’s desired outcome along with saving and budget efficiencies. Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas.
- Exhibits natural and intuitive user empathy.
- Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration.
- Conduct secondary market research.
- Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions.
- Effectively manage large-scale, high-complexity projects/programs of diverse scope that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular communications and project status reports to management, stakeholders, and the project team
- Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria
- Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projects
- Manage project related risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, including making recommendations to management on mitigating and / or remediating activities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan

- Provide overall program leadership, guidance, and manage all aspects of a given program, including requirements gathering, business case creation, and implementation.
- Review program budget variance and scope change requests and participate in the budget-resolution process.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork; drive escalation and resolution of issues, while promoting collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholders
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship.
- Requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology.
- Graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable.
- Project Management or Product Owner experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in using Agile methodology to deliver projects in a corporate environment desired
- SAFe Agile and PMP certification desired

o Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.
