Description

Home Healthcare, Hospice and Community Services (HCS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Specialist to provide high-level support to our Hospice team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within the department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to hospice leadership and clinical staff
  • Coordinate and maintain staff schedules
  • Prepare and run routine and ad-hoc reports
  • Manage clinical supply inventory, including ordering and fulfillment
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, fax, and encrypted text
  • Assist with delivering documents to partner facilities to update and maintain patient charts as needed

Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially over the phone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel to facilities)
