Responsibilities:
Advance Calculations & Program Oversight
- Calculate commission advances for field representatives under various financing programs.
- Ensure compliance with program-specific ceilings and limits, such as monthly gross earnings thresholds and per-certificate advance caps.
Field Staff Communication
- Respond to inquiries from field staff regarding financing and contracting matters via phone and email.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with Regional Directors and Managing Partners regarding account statuses.
System Updates & Record Maintenance
- Update financing records across multiple systems.
- Maintain both system-based and manual records, including documents and images related to financed representatives and managers.
Compliance Monitoring & Account Review
- Review financed accounts to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- Monitor and report on past due charges for financed representatives and managers.
Payment Processing
- Process checks and direct deposits for field representatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
System & Procedure Development
- Collaborate on the development and testing of improved financing systems and procedures.
- Participate in testing new products or changes related to financing.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports and correspondence as requested by department leadership.
- Assist with onboarding and licensing sections as needed.
What we need:
- High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred in related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer:
- Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $19.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
- Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid, hourly position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least three days in office and the remaining days each week working from home. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year
