Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate HR and office records, systems, and documentation.
- Update HRIS consistently, particularly for Time & Labor tracking.
- Respond to routine employee and applicant inquiries; escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.
- Manage new hire onboarding, including completion of I-9 forms and E-Verify compliance.
- Perform data entry for production balancing and maintain warehouse inventory reports.
- Greet and check in guests, vendors, and visitors in accordance with GMP standards.
- Assist with payroll tasks such as reporting, processing, and issue resolution.
- Support planning and coordination of company events and HR initiatives.
- Oversee office supply orders and front office shipping needs.
- Answer and route calls via multi-line phone system.
- Serve as backup to the Office Administrator.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- High school diploma, or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Paylocity experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual in Spanish, required.
