The Office & Human Resources assistant will provides administrative support to management, Human Resources, and office staff, ensuring efficient front office operations and HR process execution.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate HR and office records, systems, and documentation.
  • Update HRIS consistently, particularly for Time & Labor tracking.
  • Respond to routine employee and applicant inquiries; escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Manage new hire onboarding, including completion of I-9 forms and E-Verify compliance.
  • Perform data entry for production balancing and maintain warehouse inventory reports.
  • Greet and check in guests, vendors, and visitors in accordance with GMP standards.
  • Assist with payroll tasks such as reporting, processing, and issue resolution.
  • Support planning and coordination of company events and HR initiatives.
  • Oversee office supply orders and front office shipping needs.
  • Answer and route calls via multi-line phone system.
  • Serve as backup to the Office Administrator.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING: 
  • High school diploma, or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience  
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
  • Paylocity experience preferred but not required. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish, required.
