Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle accounts payable processing including coding invoices, matching purchase orders, and preparing accounts for payments.
- Execute daily workflows for invoice approvals and payments, ensuring all transactions adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate, thorough records of business transactions and AP documents.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and Operations teams to close the financial month-end process.
- Support IT projects around Accounts Payable enhancements.
- Assist with other accounting duties, as necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
- Experience with purchase orders is a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of workflow approvals and coding.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This role requires the ability to see, hear, speak, and communicate clearly. Manual dexterity is needed for operating standard office equipment. The position may occasionally involve lifting items up to 10 pounds and may require occasional travel.

Work is typically performed in a clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled office environment with low to moderate noise levels. Occasional visits to field locations may be required.
