Job Description:
This position provides advanced administrative support to two senior leaders within the Fidelity Wealth organization. Your passion for execution and building relationships will serve as a foundational skill in our fast-paced regional center environment.
The Team
The administrative staff at Fidelity plays a vital role in the company's success, and individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their group, department, or interpersonal team. You work directly with, and provide support to, management at all levels of the company.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior executives, including demonstrated experience effectively interacting with senior level management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, dynamic work environment including the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and manage work time efficiently
- Desire to work as a true partner with executives and anticipate needs without being prompted
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships
- A proactive and creative approach willing to assume responsibility for a broad range of administrative projects
- A self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- A consistent track record of working collaboratively and optimally with various personalities
- Your willingness to get involved with project work, events, and coordination of the larger team

- Excellent written and verbal communication, prioritization, and organizational skills and can effectively interact with senior leadership and associates at all levels
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Able to exercise substantial sensitivity, discretion, judgment, tact, and subtlety in handling assignments that are often confidential and sophisticated in nature
- Skilled in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn new programs as needed
- Have a sense of ownership and can proactively identify and resolve issues, create efficiencies, work independently and are able to operate in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with the proven track record to prioritize, effectively manage your time, as well as react and think quickly in a fast-paced call center environment
- You will have the ability to work as an individual contributor and in a team environment
- You are a self-starter, able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.
- The ability and judgment to seek clarification or assistance when needed
- Moderate skills and creativity with posters, flyers, emails, and announcements
The Value You Deliver
- Handle the scheduling, preparation and administration of meetings including agenda development, coordination of facilities, and distribution and archival of meeting materials
- Maintain calendar, schedule appointments, and process expense reports
- Coordinate and plan events such as management meetings, , site-level group events, etc.
- Build presentations, data spreadsheets and word documents
- Support travel planning and logistics, work with company travel agent to coordinate travel arrangements
- Work independently to prioritize, coordinate and connect with all management levels, internally and externally, as well as other administrative staff across the company, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Exercise judgment, tact, and discretion on behalf of the Head of the Domain when supporting executive management, internally and externally
- Assist in special projects, ad hoc requests as assigned
- Partner with peers and colleagues to ensure adequate support for the overall executive team, including vacation/absence coverage
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
