We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Document Controller to join the New Womens and Babies Hospital Team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively will be accountable for the development and delivery of the Sustainability and Environmental management framework within this project.

WeBuild is delivering the design and construction of the Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. This landmark project will replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and expand services and choice for women, newborns and families, delivering lasting benefits and a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia

Your focus will include:
- Delivering training to project teams on key systems and processes to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supporting the Lead Document Controller with onboarding new team members, including hands-on training in systems and workflows.
- Compiling and managing technical documentation for tender packages with precision and attention to detail.
- Leading the onboarding of new suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand and meet project requirements.
- Managing system access for project personnel—onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining access integrity.
- Running weekly audits and expediting reports, following up on actions to ensure timely close-out.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum 7 years document control experience working on major projects working within same or similar industry, has experience managing a small team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and job-specific platforms such as TeamBinder and Aconex, with the ability to quickly input and retrieve data from client repositories.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to implement and manage effective filing systems and document control methods.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across internal teams, joint ventures, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
