Come join us on our journey to serve our customers and be the leader in our industry! We are currently looking for an Asset Preservation Specialist I to join our team!

Reporting to the AVP, Asset Preservation, this position ensures the protection and maintenance of real estate properties in our property portfolio. This position coordinates with external vendors for maintenance activities and document preservation efforts and collaborates interdepartmentally to contribute to the overall success of our asset preservation initiatives.

This position conducts regular property inspections and maintains accurate records of property conditions and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED Required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1+ years' experience in the mortgage servicing industry
• 1+ years' experience in property preservation preferred
• 1+ years' experience working in a fast-paced work environment preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• MSP experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Good judgment with the ability to evaluate and make decisions
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Customer service/ client orientation with strong execution skills and results orientation
• Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities
• High level of attention to detail and consistency
• Flexible, open to change, and able to learn new things quickly
• Collaborative; ability to work effectively with others

Compensation

• The hiring range for this position is between $18.77-$21.63 per hour
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
