About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor, supporting the Check Deposit Processing team, within Banking Operations. For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
Collect data and prepare related operational reports
Coordinate projects
Furnish information to authorized persons
Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience with Wells Fargo Banking Operations processes and procedures
Experience with Wells Fargo Foreign Item processing processes and procedures
Experience with Wells Fargo Check Deposit Processing processes and procedures
Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
Experience with Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools such as: CEO (Commercial Electronic Office), EPM Image Capture/Proof PC, EPS (Exception Processing System), ETRAN, GSMOS (Global Sanctions Management Operations System), Hogan, Intl Ops Online, and OIB (Operational Image Browser)
Job Expectations:
Ability to work additional hours (overtime) based upon business need
Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
