Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Recruiting team in executing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This role involves administrative tasks related to recruiting, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and providing an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and answering any inquiries throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and ensure proper documentation of recruitment processes.
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates and posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Ensure seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers by preparing and sending out interview schedules, instructions, and feedback.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, university hiring programs, and open houses.
  • Coordinate with HR on offer letter acceptance and follow up with candidates, as necessary.
  • Assist with preparing recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work on continuous improvement of recruiting processes, suggesting, and implementing improvements for efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Arranges candidate travel and expenses reimbursements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
  • Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

 
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m with Fridays being remote.

 

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 Year as Administrative Assistant, HR, or Recruiting experience. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
  • Knowledge of HR and employment regulations.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other job posting platforms.

 

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the USA.
