We are the behavioral health community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health, substance abuse treatment coordination, and developmental disabilities services for Kent County. We are seeking an Access Services Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and expertise, supervise assigned staff, and provide consultation to clinicians and providers to ensure appropriate levels of care and access to necessary services. The Access Services Supervisor will ensure access to Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Intellectual and Developmental Disability services.
This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. There are no holiday or on-call responsibilities for this position. This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.
- Limited or fully licensed in the State of Michigan as a Master Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Psychologist.
- At least two years of post-Master’s degree experience in delivery of behavioral health services.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.
- Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs and telehealth.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Supervisory experience.
- MCBAP, CAADC certification.
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
