Description

Dyne Fire Protection Labs is an independent testing laboratory with 25 years of experience providing quick, reliable, and independent analysis of fire sprinklers, firefighting foams, antifreeze solutions, and dry chemical agents. We help building owners and their representatives meet laboratory requirements for inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) standards. Known for our technical expertise, outstanding customer service, and rapid turnaround times, we take pride in supporting safety and compliance across the fire protection industry.

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing key support to our testing process.

• Send test reports and invoices to customers within required timeframes
• Laminate and mail test tags
• Answer customer phone calls, emails, and website chat inquiries; follow up as needed
• Process requests for sample kits from customers
• Provide general support as requested by the Customer Service Manager

Requirements

• Associate’s degree preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A customer-first mindset and team-oriented approach
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Respectful, professional communication with coworkers, customers, and vendors

Preferred Skills (not required)

• Familiarity with ISO quality systems
• QuickBooks experience
• UPS WorldShip and postal meter use
• Database experience (Microsoft Access)

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, set schedule
• On-site position (no remote work)
• Hourly rate: $20–$22 per hour
