Your Role
As an Application Support Intern, you will work closely with the Application & Support Team to provide hands-on assistance to clinical and research sites using the ARTIDIS platform. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data, supporting day-to-day operations and collaborating with users, researchers, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the operation and monitoring of ARTIDIS devices at clinical and research sites
Assist healthcare professionals and researchers during measurement procedures
Provide on-site and remote guidance to users and shadow system demonstrations
Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to the support team when needed
Contribute to training materials, including guides, videos, and presentations
Collect user feedback to improve workflows, training, and user experience
Collaborate with the team to refine documentation and processes
Support onboarding activities at clinical trial and early-access sites
Your Profile
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Pathology, Radiology, Oncology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life sciences field
Interest in clinical environments and healthcare technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse users
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment
Willingness to occasionally travel to clinical and research sites
