    Your Role
    As an Application Support Intern, you will work closely with the Application & Support Team to provide hands-on assistance to clinical and research sites using the ARTIDIS platform. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data, supporting day-to-day operations and collaborating with users, researchers, and engineers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the operation and monitoring of ARTIDIS devices at clinical and research sites

    • Assist healthcare professionals and researchers during measurement procedures

    • Provide on-site and remote guidance to users and shadow system demonstrations

    • Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate to the support team when needed

    • Contribute to training materials, including guides, videos, and presentations

    • Collect user feedback to improve workflows, training, and user experience

    • Collaborate with the team to refine documentation and processes

    • Support onboarding activities at clinical trial and early-access sites

    Your Profile

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Pathology, Radiology, Oncology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related life sciences field

    • Interest in clinical environments and healthcare technology

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse users

    • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced start-up environment

    • Willingness to occasionally travel to clinical and research sites
