What to expect
The Cost and Baseline Change Lead is a key role in the Transformation Portfolio Management Office team and reports to the Head or Portfolio Controls and Profession and is responsible leading the Cost and Change Control and Baseline Management Function of the Transformation Portfolio Office.
The Cost and Baseline Change Lead will provide expertise and leadership in the forecasting and management of portfolio costs and cost baseline control to the projects and programmes that comprise a multi-workstream transformation portfolio. The Cost and Baseline Change Lead will analyse cost control and the management of baselines through the change approvals process, ensure that impact assessments are completed and manage the Change Control Board (CCB) for all projects, programmes and pillars and will maintain a portfolio level cost profile, provide assurance of the project budgets and forecasts and the integrity of baselines and identify key themes for improvement or resolution.

• Self-motivated and able to work proactively and independently.
• Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Project and MS Outlook.
