To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a reliable, motivated professional to join our team as a Team Member Services Lead. The Team Member Services (TMS) Lead assists with the operational activities of the department in accordance with established policies and procedures. Administrative duties assigned may include daily/weekly/monthly reports. This role also supports the operation in leading the other agents in administrative tasks, such as monitoring phones, maintaining employee personnel files, and payroll processing. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and have an advanced ability with Microsoft Excel. This position reports to the Department Manager, Team Member Services.
Essential Duties:
Assist with the daily operation of the TMS office
Create daily work rosters, database entry, payroll processing
Resolve employee questions and document complaints
Correct non-compliant behavior and implement corrective action as needed
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Guide team members in collaborating with external workgroups to complete projects and tasks
Maintain electronic pay records
Monitor and maintain station employee dependability records and administer corrective action reports
Job Qualifications and Competencies:
Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently, meeting specified deadlines
Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
Advanced ability with Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Computer skills to include QIK, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook
Familiarity with RosterApps, Workday, and SharePoint
Knowledge of basic airport procedures and fundamental job requirements for gate and ramp agents
Current Piedmont team member with a minimum of six (6) months of service
Knowledge of payroll processes, corrective action forms, and delegation of administrative tasks
Work Environment:
Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment
Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
All shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and/or irregular shifts
Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

Employment is contingent upon a clear driving record, 10-year Criminal History Records Check, and drug screen as required. We also require proof of high school or GED completion. Minimum 18 years of age.

Starting Rate:
