SUMMARY Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) with our team in Livonia, MI! This individual will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customers’ experience in upgrading their homes.Training will take place fully onsite; once training is complete, the Concierge will work a hybrid schedule.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Signature Service customer service to homeownersCreate and maintain homeowners’ job filesBuild a concrete relationship with the homeownerWork with RSRs and scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the processWork with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progressResolve any post-install situations.Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder callsWork with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progressSend out the post-installation survey and resolve any post installation situationsQUALIFICATIONS:2+ years customer service experienceSolid and accurate data entry skillsStrong communication and time management skillsCompetency in Microsoft Office softwareHigh attention to detail and organization abilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasksSALARY INFORMATION:Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
