Instructional Assistant - Physical Education at Lawndale Elementary School District

We currently have 3 Instructional Assistant - PE vacancies at Anderson, Mitchell and Green Elementary School. The position is Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. All classified positions accumulate one paid vacation and one sick day per month of employment. In addition, LESD provides a $ 1,000-per-year Career Enrichment program for employees. Available Positions M. Twain Elementary: M-F 8:30am-2:30pm W. Green Elementary: M-F 8:30am-2:30pm B. Mitchell Elementary: M-F 8:30am-2:30pm Minimum Requirements: Experience in working with school-age children in an organized setting and in physical education is a plus. This position will assist the Physical Education teacher at an assigned school site. Required Attachments: (must be submitted with your EDJOIN application) -Current Resume -Copy of High School Diploma or equivalent -Official transcripts verifying completion of AA degree or 48 college units preferred but not required
