Job Summary

We currently have 3 Instructional Assistant - PE vacancies at Anderson, Mitchell and Green Elementary School. The position is Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. All classified positions accumulate one paid vacation and one sick day per month of employment. In addition, LESD provides a $ 1,000-per-year Career Enrichment program for employees. Required Documents

Current LESD Employees: Submit a completed "Reassignment Request Form" and required documents to the LESD District Office before the closing date and time of this posting. Reassignment Request forms are available at the District Office or on our website. Current substitute employees must submit their application through Edjoin. Requirements / Qualifications

Available Positions M. Twain Elementary: M-F 8:30am-2:30pm W. Green Elementary: M-F 8:30am-2:30pm B. Mitchell Elementary: M-F 8:30am-2:30pm Minimum Requirements: Experience in working with school-age children in an organized setting and in physical education is a plus. This position will assist the Physical Education teacher at an assigned school site. Required Attachments: (must be submitted with your EDJOIN application) -Current Resume -Copy of High School Diploma or equivalent -Official transcripts verifying completion of AA degree or 48 college units preferred but not required
