Atlas Roofing Corporation is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst or HRIS Manager for our Corporate Human Resource department in the Atlanta, GA office.
HRIS Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain the company’s human capital management software, integrations and interfaces.
- Partner with company SMEs to understand reporting needs and serve as Tier 2/Tier 3 support to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS technical issues, process flaws and new user set.
- Provide system security administration for HRIS systems.
- Execute as SME on data management including mapping, interfaces, and data integrity best practices across all company HRIS systems.
- Act as primary SME for time and attendance system.
- Liaison with third parties and other key business stakeholders to ensure all interfaces are functioning appropriately according to automated schedules.
- Oversee auditing and maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, and new hires to assure accuracy of all transmitted and/or reported data.
- Define and implement data integrity standards and controls.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Professional Development, Marketing and other departments to provide essential reporting to support management, as well as ad hoc, customized data analytics for HR, Payroll, Managers and staff utilizing appropriate HRIS systems data.
- Develop and create HCM reports and data queries to extract information and perform analysis; configure and administer systems by updating and modifying codes, tables, reports and other systems to meet changing requirements.
- Lead integration for all HRIS systems including change control migration considerations and systems change management, programs and documents standard operating procedures and workflow processes.
- Prepare forecast reports, explanation and variance analysis for HR with focus on employee and position data.
- Review position control information; assures, records and complies with established guidelines and coding standards; provides support including data auditing, batch processing and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HRIS system, practices and procedures.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company HR and payroll policies, procedures, trends and practices.
- Help ensure the company is compliant with relevant HR laws and regulations. This may involve tracking compliance requirements, generating reports for audits, and staying up to date on regulatory changes.
- Provide training and support to the HR staff and employees on effective use of HRIS systems.
- 15 - 20% travel possible
HRIS Experience
- 5-7 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst (with ADP Workforce Now experience)
- Preferred experience in Time and Attendance platforms such as UKG/Krons and Workforce Manager.
HRIS Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge and execution of ADP Workforce Now (WFN), Workforce Manager (WFM).
- Strong project management experience.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge.
- PC Literate, ability t proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Power Point at an advanced level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly (both orally and written) to personnel from a variety of functional areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of personnel.
- Ambitious and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work under stress to meet and manage tight deadlines.
HRIS Education, Licenses & Certifications
- A four-year college degree, in computer science or related field.
