💼 Main Duties

• Manage engineer inspection bookings, post movements, and incoming mail in line with agreed targets and objectives
• Invoice insurers for services provided to customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate records on our internal claims management system
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their claims
• Greet visitors via telecom and manage sign-in procedures
• Stay current with workflow changes and company updates
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and letters
• Escalate complaints appropriately to the Customer Services Manager
• Represent our company values in every interaction
• Take ownership of your personal development
• Support other duties as requested by the Team Leader or senior staff

📋 The Essentials

• Location: Egham, Surrey (Onsite)
• Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–4:30 or 9:00–5:30
  
• Onsite only – no hybrid or remote options
• Reporting directly to the Non-Fault Admin Team Leader
