Job Information
As an Ignite Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with end-user customer segments and independent reseller network for Ignite. Identify new customer opportunities and drive sales volume in order to meet company objectives.
Role & Responsibility
- Work to increase sales to new and current customers in rental, construction, landscaping, and agriculture industries.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision makers.
- Collaborate with resellers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review sales data and contribute to sales forecasting.
- Drive revenue growth and market share improvement through proactive action plans.
- Respond to customer orders and troubleshoot any issues to resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations.
- Utilize and provide constructive feedback regarding sales administration processes and tools to improve customer satisfaction and sales productivity.
- Escalate and work with cross-functional stakeholders for complex issue resolution and product or process improvement.
Job Requirement
- Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience Required: 2-5 years
- Travel Required: <20%
- Dedication to excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide quick turnaround response to customers
- Demonstrated ability to challenge and improve upon existing processes
- Takes initiative and brings strong follow-up skills
- Shows good time management, project planning and project management skills in order to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates effective communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of construction equipment and industry.
- Demonstrates ability to be self-motivated, detail-oriented and well organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with success in maintaining and organizing data.
- Able to build positive business relationships and work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
- Experience working in a team environment.
