Job Information

As an Ignite Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with end-user customer segments and independent reseller network for Ignite. Identify new customer opportunities and drive sales volume in order to meet company objectives.

Role & Responsibility

  • Work to increase sales to new and current customers in rental, construction, landscaping, and agriculture industries.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision makers.
  • Collaborate with resellers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review sales data and contribute to sales forecasting.
  • Drive revenue growth and market share improvement through proactive action plans.
  • Respond to customer orders and troubleshoot any issues to resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize and provide constructive feedback regarding sales administration processes and tools to improve customer satisfaction and sales productivity.
  • Escalate and work with cross-functional stakeholders for complex issue resolution and product or process improvement.

Job Requirement

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience Required: 2-5 years
  • Travel Required: <20%
  • Dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide quick turnaround response to customers
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge and improve upon existing processes
  • Takes initiative and brings strong follow-up skills
  • Shows good time management, project planning and project management skills in order to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates effective communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of construction equipment and industry.
  • Demonstrates ability to be self-motivated, detail-oriented and well organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with success in maintaining and organizing data.
  • Able to build positive business relationships and work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
