Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- The processing of oracle data transactions for product release from sterilization.
- Conduct all product related manual oracle job transactions (component lot # and scrap entries) for Southington production lines.
- Label printing activities when required.
- Perform responsibilities according to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High understanding and knowledge of sterilization of medical devices.
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize key business objectives and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal daily instruction
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
Education and Experience
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device industry or related data entry experience.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Oracle experience preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Travel Requirements
- Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- This is largely a sedentary role.
- This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
