Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn and Maintain LightSpeed picking system.
- Learn and maintain all processes for picking any product that is deemed to be an item picked by the warehouse staff.
- Create and maintain processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of product picking.
- Create inventory transfers through appropriate system to track product movement.
- Trouble shoot issues that may arise in computer systems or personnel processes each day. This will require you to reach out to technical support and trouble shoot from time to time.
- Manage and oversee all warehouse employees.
- Coordinate pickers and stockers to ensure time efficiency – everyone will need to be scheduled according to their employment status and stay within the correct amount of hours.
- Manage the completion of physical inventories monthly for all products.
- Fill in for pickers/stockers should there be days when staffing levels are low due to various factors.
- Ensure all health/safety procedures and all other Crickler policies are enforced while accomplishing daily tasks.
- Manage the completion of the daily/weekly/monthly cleaning duties through assignment of tasks.
- Identify areas of improvement in daily processes and adjust to maximize process efficiencies and picking accuracy.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience leading warehouse teams and managing daily personnel needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word) and an ability to learn new software and warehouse management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of communicating with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Ability to adapt to and implement technological changes in a dynamic work environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to drive a forklift.
- Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capable of operating standard warehouse equipment, including hand trucks and forklifts.
- Full range of motion in both upper and lower extremities.
